My experience with Yarbrough Electric was exceptional from the start. Kathy was my initial contact at the Yarbrough office and I couldn’t have been happier with the customer-focused service and prompt scheduling she provided to me. My project involved installing 3 pendant lights and switches as part of a mini kitchen remodel. The two electricians that did the work were very professional, efficient and careful in our home. I felt badly about them having to go up to do the wiring in my attic on a hot Florida summer day but they were quick and pleasant about the work. The work was completed with excellent quality, at a reasonable price. I was very comfortable having Yarbrough Electric in my home, as their work ethics are top notch. In March I scheduled an appointment to address several electrical issues. Audrey took my request and scheduled at date of March 30. She was a great representative for your company. Audrey impressed me with her courtest, efficiency and professionalism. A real customer service person-guided me through a circuit panel question so the service people could be properly prepared.
I also recall talking to Kathy at some point, and the same comments apply to her! Great!
Daniel and John came to do the work on March 30. They came on time, fully prepared, answered my questions and concerns and promptly started diligently working. I was very impressed with their work and people skills. They were patient with my inquiries and explained everything in terms I could understand. They cleaned up immaculately any areas where they worked. Really nice guys!

On Monday, March 22, 2021 an electrician named John (I do not know his last name) did a service call for me. He was an outstanding electrician. When he arrived, he took off his shoes outside and put on a mask that covered his nose and mouth. I appreciated both of those actions. He repaired a ceiling fan, it works perfectly now. When he got to the kitchen he recommended that the fluorescent ceiling lights be replaced by LED lights. I agreed. The result is a much brighter kitchen. Thank you for sending John to perform work for me. As I said he did an outstanding job.

Thank you for sending Daniel out to replace a pool pump timer. Due to fortunate scheduling, he was here to complete the job on the very day I called! Wow! I was not expecting such prompt service.
